Mamma Santina’s has been serving the Brightwaters community since 1987 when it was only a tiny local pizza shop. It went through its first renovation in the mid 90s’ and finally its most recent one in 2022 and added a full service bar, outdoor patio and parking lot.

Mamma Santina is actually the owners' "mamma". It was named after her, to continue the legacy of her traditional style of cooking. Santina was regarded as one of the best cooks in Buseto Palizzolo, Sicily, and her sons and grandsons, today, are trying to continue that reputation in Brightwaters, NY.

Long Island is over saturated with bars & restaurants but the welcoming staff at Mamma Santina’s makes you want to come back, especially the bartenders Jen & Alexa.
